Wilson J. Campbell (Wil) is a seasoned trial attorney with over ten years of courtroom experience and more than 50 jury and bench trials to verdict. His extensive background spans high-stakes personal injury, product liability, and complex civil litigation. Wil has secured full defense verdicts for Fortune 100 companies and played a key role in numerous plaintiff settlements including a multimillion-dollar settlement involving a plaintiff automobile product liability case.
Wil’s civil litigation experience includes roles at top national firms, where he defended major
corporations in federal and state courts across New York and New Jersey. Wil has served as a prosecutor, municipal court judge, and a military officer in both the U.S. Army and U.S. Air Force ultimately obtaining the rank of Captain in both branches of service.
He is a graduate of Temple University’s LL.M. in Trial Advocacy with honors, a graduate of the Trial Lawyers College, a former faculty member for the National Institute of Trial Advocacy (NITA) and was named one of New Jersey Law Journal’s “40 Under 40” attorneys.
Wil’s various high stakes roles in both the public and private sectors brings discipline, leadership, and an unwavering commitment to justice. Today, he uses that experience to fight for injury victims and their families—delivering results with confidence, compassion, and courtroom strength.
