I’m Jennifer “Jenn” Gore, a nationally recognized attorney, legal entrepreneur, and the founder of Evergreen Business Coaching, where I advise law firm owners and entrepreneurs on how to scale, systemize, and build businesses that are both profitable and sellable.

I’m best known for building and exiting an Inc. 5000 personal injury law firm, Atlanta Personal Injury Law Group, which I founded in 2013 and grew into a multi-location, multi-million dollar operation recognized for its innovative systems, strong leadership, and client-centered approach. After scaling the firm over more than a decade, I successfully merged the business with Sweet James, where I led East Coast expansion and helped drive significant revenue growth.

Today, through Evergreen, I work directly with law firm owners across the country on the real drivers of growth—marketing, intake, operations, leadership, and mindset. My work focuses on closing the gap between being an exceptional trial lawyer and running an exceptional business.

I’ve attended and participated in nearly every major personal injury mastermind, conference, and coaching program in the country, which gives me a unique perspective on what actually works—and what doesn’t—when it comes to scaling a modern law firm. I’m known for my direct, strategic approach and my ability to translate complex business challenges into clear, executable plans.

I’m a national speaker, co-author of Tiger Tactics: CEO Edition, and have been featured in outlets such as USA Today and Forbes. The firm I built earned national recognition on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies for three consecutive years.

I earned my degree in Business Management with a concentration in Finance and Marketing from Marist College and my law degree from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School, which I attended while working full-time as a personal injury paralegal.

At my core, I’m passionate about helping lawyers build businesses that create freedom, impact, and long-term value—not just income.
