Build the Employee Manual Your Firm Needs (Before It Costs You More!)

This will be a hands-on strategic session focused on helping firm owners and operations leaders build the framework for a real employee manual — not a generic template.

I’ll walk attendees through every major policy area they must address, including performance standards, attendance and PTO, compensation structure, conduct expectations, accountability language, and cultural alignment.

The emphasis will be on the pain points of not having one:

  • Emotional performance conversations
  • Inconsistent enforcement
  • Risky terminations
  • Owner bottlenecks
  • Lost productivity from unclear expectations

Participants will leave with the full framework of what must be addressed in their manual. They will make the key owner-level decisions during the workshop, and their COO or Operations Director can then implement and formalize it afterward.

The goal is clarity, protection, and scalability.
