This lecture will start with identifying the aspects of your client’s damages that will drive big damages, through implementing a strategy to maximize the verdict for your client. We will discuss strategies before trial to enhance your trial presentation and to identify the appropriate damages suggestion, along with practical applications for voir dire, opening, witness exams, closing, and rebuttal. To obtain maximum damages, the plaintiff’s lawyer must use all tools in the toolkit while also anticipating and heading off defense arguments designed to artificially hold damages down.
